At Car Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
